After signing the appropriate documents, the process continues by moving on to the Tempus Snapshot, a proprietary tool used to take a complete inventory of your financial situation and then provide access to your personal financial website and digital vault. We will outline our to-do’s and your to-do’s which is normally “homework” to be returned via mail, secure email, in-person, or stored in your digital vault.
Once we’ve gathered all the information we need, your financial baseline is established and the analysis begins! We test customized strategies and solutions to determine the optimal recommendations for you. Our findings are presented to you at the second “strategy” meeting which can be conducted over the phone or in-person. Our goal is to provide advice and solutions on your terms, whatever it takes to ensure you are confident and comfortable with the strategies and solutions we recommend.
The third meeting serves as a final review and implementation of the recommendations, which might be anything from opening actively managed accounts to applying for life insurance, or changing your 401k plan allocation. However, once all recommendations are implemented it doesn’t end there! Your advisory services agreement covers a period of 12 months and at the end of the 12-month period, we will revisit your agreement and needs to decide if renewing or discontinuing is right for you.
